I was curious how and who got Cruz into Texas politics.....surprise, surprise - it was as policy advisor for George W Bush and then later appointed as Solicitor General for Texas by Greg Abbott.

Never forget how elections have consequences....the Bush Administration/s are a perfect example...HW Bush gave us Clarence Thomas.
