Like the domestic economy, the military has been Potemkinized....a shell of what it might have been, had they not been systematically plundered by Putin and his cronies, the Oligarchs. Real - major win for Ukraine and NATO....much to learn about their core tech and operational details that can be effectively countered.

Not real - Soviet planted this with the intent of losing it. A system that doesn't really portray the actual jamming equipment and signal generation capabilities of their field command modules.
