Isolated and people struggling to survive. Wonder what the tipping point would be to depose current dictator to begin a renewal? The way they are heading, pariah of the world does not bode well. For anyone really. "May you live in interesting times."

removed from power in order for the Russian people to have a restart in government. Putin would just be replaced with someone equally willing to serve the interests of oligarchs at the expense of the people.

The whole group of Putin supporters would need to be replaced in government and restraints put on oligarchs.

It's like Trump in the US. He is no longer president, but his autocratic supporters in government and their wealthy backers continue to seek autocratic control of government and people's lives.

but not Putler or the direction he's leading it into, to stand their ground and speak out against war/Putler.
Because doing so they have to worry about going to jail or drinking polonium tea.
