⚡️Bucha City Council: Ukraine's military surround the towns of Bucha, Irpin and Hostomel near Kyiv.

It means that the Russian troops north-west of Kyiv are now encircled.

they are trying to return back to Russia but Russia has stopped air travel and any other transportation and closed the bridge.

And it is coming from one of the city councils. I think it is a more concrete development than what we were seeing rumours of yesterday. The other news is that Ukraine in has taken back 80% of Irpin urban areas.

If the time stamp is local Ukraine time, 4am there would be mid to late afternoon here.

All tweets are set to my time zone. I had to look at the other part that said "3 min ago" and match the time to be sure.

My Twitter feed sees the posts posted in my time zone and not the ones that the tweets came from, I guess. If you click the link, does it seem to show in your time zone?
