Looks like Willie Pete has arrived in the battle zone...

Russia accused of using white phosphorus in Ukrainian city

While this is currently unconfirmed, the credibility is boosted by P*'s pre-emptive accusations that Ukraine and "the West" are "using chemical weapons". He has a long history of such pre-emptive accusations being used to cover his own crimes.
