Interesting.....teacher in MN asked to take down the Ukrainian flag......

A teacher in southeastern Minnesota has been asked by high school administrators to remove a Ukrainian flag from her classroom, a flag her students asked her to display as a show of solidarity for the war-torn country.

Byron Public Schools Superintendent Mike Neubeck says district lawyers are reviewing the school system’s policy covering what can be displayed in classrooms.

He said he’s concerned that allowing the Ukrainian flag could lead to unwanted displays.

The co-president of the local teacher’s union, Justin Blom, says displaying the flag is one way for kids to identify and talk about bullying.

And I don't want Gadsden flags or blue line flags displayed by teachers or staff at high schools either.

... and has issued sanctions against the invader, and led world opposition to the Russian invaders and support of Ukraine, I fail to see how flags loaded with anti-American symbolism or (blue)flags in violation of flag code are comparable.

I say that sarcastically because the MAGATS would say that US policy should revolve around FREEDUM and Law and Order and that is what they may say that those flags represent.

I don't want supporters of the Israelis or the Palestinians putting up the respective flags in the classroom either.
