Manhattan DA Bragg’s decision not to prosecute Trump was ‘misguided,’ chief investigator said
Pomerantz said he and Dunne decided to quit when Bragg made clear he saw the case differently than Vance.

“The investigation has been suspended indefinitely. Of course, that is your decision to make. I do not question your authority to make it, and I accept that you have made it sincerely,” Pomerantz wrote Bragg.

“However, a decision made in good faith may nevertheless be wrong. I believe that your decision not to prosecute Donald Trump now, and on the existing record, is misguided and completely contrary to the public interest. I therefore cannot continue in my current position.”

Good luck trying to say that he's really guilty and a criminal, aside from the fact that there isn't enough evidence to even charge him.

I'm one of those who said years ago, that TFG would NEVER be charged with any crimes, or face even a single hour in jail. There has been absolutely Nothing, Nada, to indicate otherwise.
