There are nine key senators to watch on Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s nomination to the Supreme Court, Politico reports: Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, Mitt Romney, Lindsey Graham, Roy Blunt, Rob Portman, Richard Burr, Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinama.

While Manchin and Sinema can pretty safely be counted as ‘yes’ votes for Dems, some of the Republicans are ‘torn between supporting Jackson’s historic nomination and voting no based on opposition to her judicial philosophy. I commented on an news article in the Columbia, SC newspaper about Lindsey’s behavior at the hearing, saying he was an embarrassment to the State. As of last night it had 14 upvotes and only 6 down.

Burr is probably also a No.

The Over/Under on repubs voting Yes is probably 3.
