We're seeing unsigned rulings that affect voting districts that tip the scale to Republicans; and now a Supreme Court Justice who was the only one to vote to keep his wife's emails from an insurrection investigation; and a definite shift to allow States to make decision regarding abortion, LGBTQ issues, even when federal laws would provide protections.
Put it all together, how do we walk away with any respect for the now conservative-leaning institution?

(2,082 posts)Is our part to elect more and better Democrats. Anything else will shed the Constitution and risk destroying the American Ideal that all people are born equal and have the basic right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of hippiness.

The whole system of government needs to be changed so that a fascist can never be installed in office again. Unfortunately it looks like we are heading for just that though.
