WHAT IF in the event Joe Biden gets another SCOTUS pick?????

NOTE: I am only assuming here that Justice Clarence Thomas resigns or announces his retirement due to HEALTH reasons(not the corruption his wife is involved with), how will Republicans react?

1. Will they protest with the retort that "Pres. Biden already had a pick that we fought tooth and nail over to oppose."

2. "This is a Mid Term election year, let the people decide who gets control of the US Senate, and then we can prevent him from getting another SCOTUS pick until 2025?"

Seeing how the Republicans behave, either one will be their talking point. A repeat of 2016.

What say you?

by appointing a right wing ideologue to replace Thomas.

Not saying they'll get that, but they will likely demand it.

I guess to him, elections don't have consequences.

to pound it with outrage? Why would Thomas resign? If he and she are right in their beliefs why?
Who is going to make him?
His health is one thing, but his will is another.

The difference from the last time is that Mitch does not control the Senate agenda. If all 50 democrats stick together, and with Kamala breaking a tie, there is nothing republicans can do to prevent another Justice from being confirmed.

And dare Lindsay Graham to vote against her.

We can only hope Clarence Thomas goes away.
