There should be ABSOLUTELY NO (ZERO, ZIP, NADA) question that she is more than qualified and belongs on the court. She should be confirmed with a full 100 votes.

Just a reminder that Joe Manchin holding one of the reddest seats in the country is the ONLY reason she even gets a vote.

He may be the 49th or 50th most reliable vote on the Democratic side, by he is a far more reliable vote for us than that of the most "moderate" of Republicans, including Collins, Murkowski, and Romney. Manchin has been good on Biden's judicial nominees. He had nice things to say about Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson in his statement. I don't doubt that he will vote for her.
