Mitt Romney's final push in Cincinnati

It is getting ugly in Hamilton County.

Lawn signs have taken a definate edge in in the Western part of Hamilton County for Romney with a twist. Looks like every registered Republican with a rMoney-Lyan sign in their front yard. Now popping up are new signs. "War on Coal-Brown" "16 Trillion Deficit-OBAMA & Brown" in black with white letters. I never saw these signs until today.

The "Voter Fraud is a Felony" billboard is gone at least near me. In it's place is a new billboard: "Voting is a Right, Not a Crime." Big improvement in my opinion.

Ohio is a battleground state that is living up to it's nickname. I am still very confident Obama will get Ohio in spite of this.

Please! I am a messenger not a Freeper idiot

I live in western hills and it is mostly Romney signs but also considering the butchering of chabot signs there were in 2010 i'm not surprised. Most of the Obama people I know are too busy WORKING to care about a stupid lawn sign. And has a lawn sign ever changed someone's vote?

I did my part and got someone who 'didn't give a shit about politics' to register to vote in Indiana and he'll be voting for Obama. I also got someone who early voted for Romney to admit they want to take their vote back. I'm glad the voter fraud signs are down now those were pissing me off.

I'm not really worried about signs popping up in the next week. Voting is already underway.

Blizzard of signs....same signs as you.

But I am not sitting around and doing nothing. I am GOTV. I advise you to let these signs encourage you to be more active . It is very irritating but I won't sit still and quiver .

This has been a clear message of the campaign for the past few days.

GOTV wins elections.

Signs - too little too late. There are some houses, and they seem to be more in Western Hills than anywhere else, that look like they're having a yard sale on yard signs. There are some places out there on Ebenezer that have 20 if they have 1. In fact, I swear I saw a Nixon/Agnew sign out there this weekend Ok - it's not that bad but ya never know.

Here's a fun one over in Hyde Park, typically a Dem stonghold. The guy has 4-5 of these big 4x6 foot signs planted in his front yard that are all lit up at night. Apparently he's sleeping in a tent just off the front porch to chase away vandals. Laughing stock of the neighborhood right now.

I did my part this weekend moving a long time Western Hills repub into the O column. The gist of the argument was "you have daughters - are you really OK with their view on women, their health and their choices?". He's actually moved from the classic pro-life position to the "I'm pro-life but it's not for me to tell others what they should be". Felt like a win and I trust him when he says he's going to buck the system and vote O.

One down, how many more thousands to go !
