CNN had an interesting discussion about Thomases. Both of them

Tubin said that while lower court judges are bound by rules of ethics, the Supreme Court exempted themselves. Thomas has never recused himself. He did mention the cases about Trump papers.

Also more comments from the Mrs, crapping on Pence and pushing Sidney Powell. For which Meadows replied that she had nothing.

The Supremes voted 8-1 to allow the January 6 committee access to the evidence, including the lately-disclosed correspondence between Mark Meadows and Virginia "Ginni" Thomas. The lone vote against the committee was cast by none other than Justice Clarence "I'd better not put my usual nickname for him here" Thomas. That should receive prominent play during any discussion of this matter, if you ask me.

but did not specify if it was at the Appellate Court or SCOTUS.

I guess his antibiotics worked well enough to get him discharged.

is because he had to get instructions from Ginni. Maybe she is the main reason he got nominated.
