I think Biden needs to appoint a new AG

I know some people like him, but I just don't have confidence in Garland.

Trump just got away with his crimes yet again in New York, so New York will not hold him accountable.

The fact that he hasn't been arrested yet by the Feds is insane. They've had years to make sure everything is correct.

And now we have the wife of a sitting Supreme Court justice engaging in seditious conspiracy with Trump's Chief of Staff to overthrow Democracy on behalf of the orange wanna-be Putin, and the Supreme Court justice voted on a case in favor of hiding evidence of the insurrection.

And not a single thing will happen to any of them.

There is no rule of law in America anymore.

The committee is going to prove there was a major conspiracy to overturn the election. They will make recommendations to Garland to investigate , indict people. If Garland does not respond Biden should remove him.

He has tens of thousands of investigators under his command.

Congress has a couple dozen lawyers.

Otherwise it has to be glowing recommendations about how great he is and how lucky we are to have such a do nothing dent in a chair at the helm of the justice department.

I agree with you wholeheartedly. The threats to america are VERY real and VERY immediate. Maybe I'll be surprised but I doubt it. There is just no chatter anywhere about motions being filed or witnesses going into buildings that could indicate something. Fucking Gaetz is still being his congressional child molesting self and not shit has happened. Wish I could be treated so generously by the system should the need arise.

Replacing Garland would merely give the appearance of doing something different while not accomplishing anything.

Also, I have yet to see any evidence that Thomas' wife engaged in the insurrection at the Capitol. If so, lock her and Meadows up. It does appear she wanted the election results questioned, just like we wanted the election results questioned after trump won.

If you have that evidence, please post it. I will change my mind if she was directly involved in storming the Capitol.

indicate she was involved in storming the Capitol. If you have an email that shows that, please post it.

There were two aspects on Jan 6.

1. A protest march that was scheduled in mid-December. The protest was stupid, but not illegal.

2. Storming the Capitol, which was illegal.

Please show me where she was involved in # 2. I'll change my mind with that evidence. Also, send it to Garland because he has been prosecuting the insurrectionists for months.

Finally, we all detest Clarence Thomas. But I'm not for saddling anyone with what their spouse does.

overthrow the results, and her Supreme Court justice husband helped with that.

That's called seditious conspiracy.

It may very well be Biden's stated philosophy and way of holding Republicans accountable stated in the article that allows him to proceed with the domestic agenda.

I support Biden. I'm very happy he was elected.

But this really needs to be cleared up. And these reporters could go back and ask him if this philosophy or policy has changed, knowing what we all know now about the plot to transform America into an autocratic state through violent overthrow of the government -- a plot planned and still afoot today.

The American people deserve to know the president's policy/philosophy as it is today.

is that there were zero leaks about the Enrique Tarrio arrest.

So, maybe there is something happening and they are keeping a tight lid on it.

But, no is probably more likely. Still, I'm trying to hold on to the one tiny bit of hope, even though it is so awful when it is snuffed out.
