Sometimes his candor gives the right fodder for thei horse shit on Fox. A case in point is his discussion of food shortages. I have the utmost respect for Joe Biden but I do not want to give those bastards any ammunition.

(11,913 posts)Most of the time, it's not an issue, but there have been some times where my mouth blurts it out without my brain thinking through the consequences.
At 58, I'm still working on engaging my brain before my mouth. That's why I could never have been a lawyer!

Always tell the truth, even when it hurts. Lying requires that you lie again which then requires that you keep them all straight in your head which eventually breaks down and reveals the lie.
Telling the truth is also a check on one's actions and words by remembering that telling the truth can hurt if you aren't being honest about what you do in the first place. That's Joe's mindset on honesty, it works best and he shows it.

(31,017 posts)They dont mind lying and misrepresenting, it doesnt really matter what he says. Nothing we do is actually ammunition for the right. They just make stuff up and repeat it. We cant base our actions and what they are going to do
