I tried to Google the phrase, and one of the first hits I saw was a link to fucking Pravda.

Google should be, if not totally suppressing, strongly down-rating links to Pravda these days.

3. Chornobaivka is a village by the airfield near Kherson as I understand it.

The Ukrainians blew the shit out of a bunch of helicopters there. I assume that's the reference, but I think it lost something in the translation.
