Because there isn't and pressure for him to apply.

Appointed for life with no chance to be convicted in an impeachment.

Having other Justices, including and especially the Chief Justice, on record stating the Thomas should resign might go a long way in restoring the court's integrity.

I've used hashtags on Instagram. Immediately got scolded by shocked middle-age offspring, and very seriously told not to ever use the word 'woke'.

The only fix is impeachment...which Thomas deserves but I don't think we have the votes.

That was the first mistake. The second is thinking that a Chief Justice has that kind of power.
