Because there is nothing that stirs the hatred of the Trump cult moreso than the mention of Hillary Clinton.

Just the mere mention of her name brings them all together.

If nothing else, Trump understands how to pull the strings of his supporters. He plays them like they deserve to be played.

"Oh Boy! Trump is finally getting serious and is going to put Hillary in jail!", they scream in joy.

The truth of the matter is that he is keeping his flock together by using Hillary as the target of their wrath and to assure they remain loyal to him during these difficult times.

It's an obvious distraction but it works.

Once the defense files an answer, the plaintiff cannot withdraw the suit without permission of the Court. My wife is an attorney, and she was involved in a case once where the person being sued asked the judge not to let the suit be withdrawn, since it was just harassment in the first place. When the case was finally thrown out, the Plaintiff got a lecture from the judge and, in addition to paying her attorneys, got stuck with a bill over $10,000 for the Defendant’s attorneys and court fees.
