Good news! Fortenberry, R-Neb, resigns after being convicted of fraud and lying to the FBI!

The bad news? Nebraska’s Governor Ricketts gets to pick Fortenberry’s replacement and with this being Ricketts’ last term as governor, he most likely will appoint himself and have the Lt. Governor finish out the term? Ricketts is an absolute asshole!
