is a horrible dangerous chemical shouldn't be used anywhere near civilians and if putin is dropping white phosphorus on civilians its a sadistic weapon not only war crime its just cruelty on top of that..

It burns hot enough to ignite just about anything it contacts--clothing, wood, fuel, flesh....super-nasty stuff. Cannot be extinguished once contacted with air, it just has to burn itself out.
