production levels to what is needed. My son is a directional driller and he just worked 2.5 months straight and finally had to come home for a break and see his kids. The wanted him to go straight back but he decided to take some time for the family. He will go back next week but the problem is they want to start up a bunch of new rigs but they lost a lot of experienced people when oil prices were down and rigs shut down. They went to other industries, he was lucky enough to keep working through it all.

and could move their families back to Alberta. Alberta is lucky to have such workers as your kids. They build skill in the good times for oil and gas. They move elsewhere (home) in the bad times for the industry.
