A federal judge ruled Monday that President Donald Trump more likely than not attempted to illegally obstruct Congress when he tried to subvert the 2020 election on Jan. 6, 2021.
U.S. District Court Judge David Carter made the determination in a ruling that orders 101 sensitive emails from Trump ally John Eastman be turned over to the Houses Jan. 6 select committee.
Based on the evidence, the Court finds it more likely than not that President Trump corruptly attempted to obstruct the Joint Session of Congress on January 6, 2021, Carter wrote.

Lol. They'll just say he was appointed by President Clinton and nothing will be done.

The select committee can't arrest anyone. Anytime I see someone being subpoenaed by the select committee that is a tell that DOJ is doing nothing. Why would the select committee interfere in an ongoing investigation? Now if Eastman were sending those emails to DOJ then my ears would perk up.

That would break my heart.
Just wag your finger at him. That should do the trick...
