Mueller She Wrote Tweets FTW: President Biden is a Badass.

I've been saying the same thing here in my comments on DU since yesterday.

Nice to see someone else's independent analysis reinforcing my opinion.

President Joe is the Ali of Diplomacy. He floats like a butterfly yet stings like a bee.

And there is nothing ever done about it!!!!! (except for the statement above by the Judge) Those lawyers should be forced to appear in front of the BAR the day after the trial ends, and given a sanction that is serious in nature.

10. It's used just as often by prosecutors. What do you have against Defense attorneys?

No one should be sanctioned. It's up to the Jury to comply with the judge's instructions.

It is probably used as much with Prosecutors.
The two cases where I saw it done, it definitely swayed the Jury.
Either way, it is definitely an "under handed" technique and my opinion the Judge's instructions are insufficient in all cases.......
My opinion, with no law training at all.....

The perfect ending, the fatal blow. For Putin to go down, it will be by the people.

Russians appreciate public displays of strength.

I guarantee more than a few glasses of vodka were raised to President Joe in Russia for that remark and the entire speech.

what he did say was a clear unambiguous statement of fact.."this man cannot remain in power"..irrefutable: impossible to deny...and Antony Blinken played his part beautifully...walked it back, sort of by not really...love Joe and his team!

11. Are we bringing in the rope-a-dope strategy analogy? I'm a little concerned how that would fly.

At least 40% of the country is perpetually brain damaged. The rest of us can't seem to escape a punch-drunk fog. Somebody, ring the damn bell, already.
