Is Ginni Thomas's Story Believable?

https://www.thebulwark.com/is-ginni-thomass-story-believable/

Virginia Thomas wants people to believe that her husband, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, had no idea about her activities challenging the results of the 2020 election.

“Clarence doesn’t discuss his work with me, and I don’t involve him in my work,” she told a friendly outlet earlier this month. Therefore, no one need worry about his ability to be an impartial judge on the highest court in the land. Everything is hunky-dory.

If you believe that, Ginni has a barge off GITMO to sell you for President Biden’s forthcoming military tribunal. Which, according to the texts she sent to Trump’s White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, is also something she believed possible:

Biden crime family & ballot fraud co-conspirators (elected officials, bureaucrats, social media censorship mongers, fake stream media reporters, etc) are being arrested & detained for ballot fraud right now & over coming days, & will be living in barges off GITMO to face military tribunals for sedition

Her story, as well as her election theories, don’t survive even the most basic common-sense tests.

So anything would be justifiable, break whatever rule necessary and lie about it since it's a war between good and evil. Which is a convenient framing if you'd like to break some rules.

I see that term in the context of investigations into crimes we witnessed in plain sight.. but witnessing criminal acts by public officials in public isn't considered evidence because they are public officials.

If the neighborhood store was robbed in plain sight witnessed by by-standers, that is enough hard evidence to charge and arrest the thief who committed the act. It's also enough to convict in a trial, even if the stolen property had been disposed of prior to arrest.

But the common sense rule doesn't seem to apply when it comes to public figures, ans others who aid in the commission of that crime like a driver of the get away car.

What exactly is Hard Evidence? And why doesn't the same rule apply?

Unless these two have a marriage totally unlike any other marriage on the planet, Clarence is well aware of her activities.

I also believe he discusses every single Supreme Court case that is tried before them. They're up to their eyebrows in each other's right wing ideology, and their opinions about how that ideology should be administered.

Fuck off, Ginni. Fuck off, Clarence.
