http://baltimore.cbslocal.com/2012/10/28/early-voting-in-maryland-canceled-monday/Gov. Martin OMalley says early voting on Monday in Maryland has been canceled due to the approach of Hurricane Sandy.
The governor made the announcement during a news conference Sunday at the Maryland Emergency Management Agency.
Maryland residents began voting early on Saturday, and residents were able to vote on Sunday as well.
OMalley says the state wants to keep the full amount of days for early voting. He says he anticipates Mondays early voting day to be rescheduled for Friday.

(287 posts)6. I voted early today
I voted early on Sunday along with my mom. The early voting station, which was one of the stations in Baltimore City, was crowded. It took us 2 and one-half hours to vote. I wish I could do something in Ohio on election day to get out the vote.
