and Claire McCaskill just body slammed Merrick Garland to the turf. Claire is no liberal, she hammered Merrick Garland for not prosecuting any Big Fish yet.

Frank Figliusi just stated that this federal judge who released Eastman's emails is going to force Garland to finally do something. A fucking federal judge just said said Eastman and Trump likely committed federal crimes so they don't get to claim executive privilege.

Every fucking thing many of his here on DU have been saying for months was just repeated by Nicolle and Claire.

attorney/client privilege and executive authority so that his emails would not be released. The judge was having none of it, he said not when you and Trump are committing a crime.
