According to the Times, Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich claimed he presented Putin with a handwritten note from Zelensky, outlining the terms Ukraine would consider to end the war.

I assume it was a full withdraw from all of Ukraine for Ukrainian neutrality. I expect if Putin doesn't accept that, he'll end up with a full withdraw from Ukraine with Ukrainian membership in NATO.
