Is it too much to hope for?

The J6 Committee is readying to drop at least two criminal referrals as we speak. These are the cherries on the top of the news that a Federal Judge has ruled that John Eastman must turn over almost all of his emails to the Committee and reportedly, Eastman has said that he will not appeal.

It began when Eastman refused to turn over his emails to the Committee, with claims of executive privilege and attorney/client privilege. That was when the Committee decided to take it to Court. They thought they had enough evidence to convince a Judge that their case had merit. Committee Co-Chair Liz Cheney even pinpointed the criminal codes that she thought had been violated. The Judge, in his ruling agreed with her. He noted that it was "more likely than not" that Trump and Eastman committed crimes.

What does it mean "more likely than not"?

There are still questions about why the DOJ had done nothing with the referral of Mark Meadows over a 100 days ago? Glenn Kirschner, former Federal Prosecutor, thought that Meadows may now be cooperating with the Committee.

Also, Jared Kushner, son-in-law of Donald Trump, is expected to testify before the Committee this Thursday. He was mentioned in the latest emails from Ginni Thomas that were made public. If Jared testifies, can Ivanka be far behind? Will Donald attempt to prevent Jared from testifying this Thursday?

We also heard the news today that the DOJ has hired 130 more attorneys to help them with their duties.

Is it too much to hope that we are finally making progress in this dastardly attempt to overthrow a legitimate election?

2. I think it is a possibility, but I'll believe there will be progress when I see progress.
