Has TFG reacted to ruling in the Eastman case?

You can normally count on TFG reacting to adverse news. This ruling is very adverse

When TFG responds to bad news, I automatically wonder how the attorneys representing TFG are going to react. Occasionally there were TFG responses that were touched or run by an attorney. For a normal/sane client, no top tier attorney would let a client respond to this ruling

I am looking forward to TFG responding to this news
