Breaking: Officers from the U.K. NCA's "combating kleptocracy cell" have detained a £38m superyacht owned by an unnamed Russian businessman in Canary Wharf
The vessel, Phi, is registered to a St Kitts and Nevis company and carried Maltese flags "to hide its origins", NCA said
