I just Watched one on YouTube. I am a native English speaker but it sure sounds like English although the words arent really words.

After a short time you will be able to spot the cadence of the English language. The number of certain letters used and combinations become obvious.

Its kind of slow starting with the dialogue.
Ill post a link to one I looked for about how German sounds to non-German speakers.
The woman told how she did it.
She just made up the words that sounded like they could be legitimate German words, but really werent. I expect the English is the same thing.
I think its kind of like speaking in tongues you say words that sound like the language you speak in real life but they arent really words. (IMO, People who are speaking in tongues are either so psyched out that they think they are really speaking in tongues or theyre faking it. )
