23. My Son The Astronomer said that NASA is often making big announcements.

He does exoplanet research, and is pretty sure it's nothing in his field. Whatever the announcement is, will be very important to that area of astronomy, according to him, perhaps not so much for everyone else.

But probably not aliens.
