Shh. Don't tell anyone but Sunev is Venus spelled backwards.

The problem is that it's filled with Republicans.

This video is amazing. I got chills the first time I watched it, because it really brings home just how vast everything about our existence is. We think of a hundred years or a million years as a long time, but on a universal scale... well, I urge you to watch the video. It's weirdly comforting.

So, no, it's not going to be anything momentous, just a further development of observation.

He does exoplanet research, and is pretty sure it's nothing in his field. Whatever the announcement is, will be very important to that area of astronomy, according to him, perhaps not so much for everyone else.

But probably not aliens.

I doubt aliens have our best interests at heart. I say let's stay on the downlow until we have any hope of defending ourselves.
