What is the new relationship between MSNBC & Sky News?

MSNBC is now carrying their live programming between midnight and 5am and also running some of their foreign reporting stories at other times.
Is Sky News still owned and operated by Rupert Murdoch?

I love Sky. They've been compiimentary of Biden and seem to come down hard on Boris. MSNBC needs to get away from the constant punditry for a couple hours and show some hard news. Love it!

They are the primary shareholders of four of the six corporations that between them own 90% of worldwide media companies. Throw in Vanguard and you have most of the rest. Fox, CNN, ABC, NBC, Sky, Sun, ad infinitum.
