The BLS numbers come out Friday morning, and this ADP metric has been off wildly from those numbers in the past, but it does indicate that the job market remains incredibly hot.
My complaint is that Dems are in charge over the hottest job market in US history with the best economic growth since the early 80s and they've totally let the narrative be about inflation. Dems suck at bragging, if this were Republicans in charge, the headlines would all include the GDP and jobs growth, but they conceded the narrative that only inflation matters. They don't even bother to talk about the best wage growth in decades and that's completely relevant when talking about inflation because that means "real" inflation is only a couple points.
