I know I feel like I’m going insane.

Surely I’m not the only one who remembers just this month when we were promised PROMISED that Letitia James had trump and his progeny by the hair and they were going to be deposed.

Well except they negotiated a delay.

But only until March 31.

That’s TOMORROW.

Under the agreement, Mr. Trump would comply with the attorney general’s subpoena for documents and information by March 31.

Surely tomorrow won’t come and go without those depositions. Right?

Or will it just come and go and nothing will happen and we will be told to continue to be patient

In a letter to the judge Thursday, a lawyer from the attorney general’s office said the parties had agreed that the Trumps would appear to testify two weeks after the appeals court rules, if the state wins. The state said it would request that the appeal be heard in the court’s May term.

Justice Engoron approved the agreement Thursday. The agreement notes that an order from either the intermediate appeals court or the state’s highest court could further delay the depositions.
