Double Vaxxed Double Boosted - Thank you countless human souls who made this possible!

My husband and I just got our second booster shots. Not going to lie, the needle felt really really different this time. At first I thought it was because I offered up the arm with rotator cuff issues and can't sleep on that side anyway. But my husband had the same observation. It definitely felt like a larger gauge needle and wow, ouchie! Never even felt the first three go in.

Worth the triggered nerve endings.

I remain in awe of every amazing person involved in this process. Research, development, production, packaging, storage, transport, administration, clinical...I tear up every time. It's also made me much more aware of the amazing feat of human accomplishment represented by every vaccine we have come to take for granted.

Be well, be safe!

I’m just wondering if I forgot that I might feel icky. Yeah, arm hurts. It made me think how crappy I’d feel if it was Covid. So, just a little glad for the minor misery loves company. I also thank all the researchers, the government, and the pharmacist.

I used to hydrate during chemotherapy and did really well. Oh, well, I’ll warn my siblings.

Slight fever and overall, under the weather. This is the first one from which I had a reaction worthy of talking about.

I thought wow, I didn’t even feel that one go in. First 3 very sore arm. First felt under the weather for a day but nothing too bad just stayed home. Next 2 sore arm and very minor overall malaise (not our Malaise!). This time someone waiting after their booster said they were told to hydrate, so drinking lots of water. 🙂 just happy to have #4.
