back to the stone age if they so desired.
As it is, they are doing just fine. Or as fine as can be done.
Just happy the decision is not mine

Ukraine isn't a member of NATO.
Ukraine can't join NATIO while engaged in a dispute with Russia.
NATO won't engaged directly with Russia.
