Summary of what they found:
“Fox lies to its viewers and that makes them have radical rightwing views.”

Notably, just a FEW WEEKS of getting them off Fox made them less radical.

A free example. Cutting taxes on the rich does not have a "trickle-down" effect. What's more, lower taxes does not mean increased tax revenues. You cannot balance the budget by cutting taxes on the people with the most money.

See? If Ronald Reagan would have just asked me about this 41 years ago, America would be in a much stronger economic position today, and millions would be a hell of a lot better off.

23. How do people continue watching it, though?

From my personal observations, it seems like an addiction to me. Once some people start watching it, it's like they need more of it like their next cigarette nicotine-fix.

For example, a Fox-watching coworker who was physically twitching during his lunch break when Fox News couldn't be viewed on the break room TV. Then he walked outside to his car to listen to right-wing radio propaganda instead.

25. The appeal of Faux is the righteous outrage about the tearing down of nostalgia.

Causes a hormonal hit to the viewer.
"Society is falling apart! Things were better before! Remember the comforts of childhood - the elites are mocking you and trying to take away all the good things you remember!"
That's where they hook viewers. Glossing over the realities of the past or of policies and focusing on the scary changes that are happening, even if those changes are necessary to progress to continue.

Don't even invite them to the roasting events, isolate them ... that's it.

should Trump or a clone retake power. Fox News like propaganda is essentially the norm in Russia and Hungary.

War in Ukraine is popular in Russia because Putin dismantled most independent news that arose after the fall of communism.

He was reelected yesterday claiming his opponents were going to send Hungarians to Ukraine. Putin and Orban use anti-liberal sentiment to maintain popularity.

Orban tried to use anti-gay policies to strengthen his position, but apparently it doesnt work there as well as in Poland.
