the Russians.

The council president just commented on how horrifying it was, and thanked the Ukraine delegation for providing the video.

12. Well, I didn't shut the video off soon enough. Listened to some of the Russian representative

spewing grotesque lies about how Russia has "saved" more than a hundred thousand Ukrainians.

Zelensky suggested earlier it might be necessary to just dissolve the UN and start over, possibly with meetings in Kyiv, after peace returns.

17. Did they show it later? There was quite a delay between the end of Zelensky's address to the

Security Council and when the video was finally played after the technical difficulties (or maybe the hissy fit from the Russians).

I stopped watching CNN shortly after that.

I did watch it in the link you posted and noted that CNN had not shown it live based upon the speakers who appeared before the video.
