Glass Ceilings Shattering

Historic day on two levels.

The Senate confirmed Ketanji Brown Jackson, the first black woman to the highest court in the land. Then we have the first woman and black woman, Vice President Kamala Harris presiding over the Senate on this Historic Day.

Think about that for a moment.

This was a fine day for America.

The history-making Vice President presiding over a Senate vote for a history-making Supreme Court nominee!

Seems fitting!

Remember this: it says something magnificent about US, and something quite to the contrary about them.
