as I had never heard of him. Mike Stack was the Lt. Governor during Wolf's first term and he lost the Primary for that position to Fetterman for the follow-up election, and that is when Fetterman became Lt. Governor (during Wolf's second term).

Fetterman spent a year trolling both Dan Patrick (Lt. Gov. of TX) and his comrade Ken Paxton (AG of TX) because they just couldn't stop the lunacy after the 2020 election with in the inane, insane, and frivolous lawsuits and attacks against PA.

I added a red oval around where he briefly stepped through the doors (am assuming that is the cloak room) and did a dramatic "thumbs down" movement with his arm, before pivoting around and going back through the doors. It appears he was wearing khaki pants and what looked like an olive green sweater.
