A hat trick/triple play in the Senate today.

Just saw this on Lawrence O. I did not see mention of this anywhere else today.

Not only did the first black female VP announce the selection of the first black female Supreme Court justice, the signature certifying the vote was that of the first black female Secretary of the Senate.
