Win-win. Ukraine gets S-300 (which they might already have somebody who can use). Slovakia gets the current NATO stuff.

Count on Rand Paul & his cohorts to object to this like they did to Israel's Iron Dome Defense System.

They are all Russia afterall.
Sen Rand Paul held up funding after Iron Dome was long approved in the House & Senate. It just recently was secured after months of him objecting.
Just because he could.

This is such good news for that region.
