Nicole's show. This is chilling and he flat out lets you know what they are going to do. They will stop any supreme court nominee if they have the Senate, no matter what if a Dem is president. This man is more dangerous than TFG, he is one sick mother fucker.

When ever the GQP senators were being asses to the new justice I just about lost it on Day 1. I haven't watched the rest (for my mental health) of the hearings or of the voting. I am thoroughly disgusted by them. I see RED!

It literally sickens and angers me. and I'm helpless to do anything about it.

Instances like such as I read here, invokes a desire to have a face out with these corrupted cretins.

But it's a stupid and pointless fantasy... so I pull out my fiddle and focus on challenges I am able to accomplish to varying degree.

That and other blessings in life I try to remember and be grateful for. I feel like, when you reach a certain age, and have been fighting against the repressive and ugly policies for decades, it's like wtf? I have two beautiful. talented and very smart grandaugters in their early teens. I'm deeply saddened and outraged they'll have to struggle through conditions possibly worse than our generation have had to struggle against. That's partly why I continue to "check in" on DU to attempt to gauge how their future might be impacted.

Of course that's likely a fools errand. I can't predict their own development in life much less the socio-economic and political conditions for their young lives.

All I can do, is vote and hope that its counted as intended and that it ultimately means something.
