Answer: The same man who ran against Joe Biden, that's who. He is a looser, a liar, and a fool.
Donald Trump is a liar and someone who called the virus:."A Hoax."
Now if Trump has 30 - to 35% support going into November's election, I believe that is not enough to
win any election. Trump is disliked by more than just people at Democratic Underground. He has been
around a long time, and he has made all sorts of enemies that will NOT support his candidates.....
Just by opening his mouth he shows how insensitive he is.
Repeat: 30 to 35 percent is not enough to win any election. Yes, he has some support,
but his rallies have fewer people and lots of empty seats. (We have seen pictures of that right here at Democratic
Underground.) Now Trump thinks he can con the entire country, but he can't and he won't. The country
has listened to Donald Trump enough. Anything can happen and often does. Trump and his crew will see a whole lot more, and most of what they will see will be negative. Time will tell, but it is not over till it is over, and I believe
it is NOT OVER. Donald Trump and the Republican party will lose again and we will win big in November.

(16,254 posts)I'm more concerned about what the state legislatures have done to the election rules. It sounds like a lot of them have passed legislation that will allow them to "correct" vote counts they think are not legit...like signatures not matching those on record.
I fear 2022's election will be a real challenge. We can't afford to lose any ground we already have.

(32,016 posts)In Virginia the governor tried to make it about Trump and you see how that worked out. You also are ignoring (or denying) all the polling. There is a reason that there are twice as many Democrats retiring from the House than Republicans. It is no fun being a House member in the minority.

(94,585 posts)...is that this isn't a national election. The Statewide races are dependent on variations in D/R distribution, and the House races are almost all skewed to one side or the other.
