I heard somewhere that TFG is saying he might not run in 2024 - because of his health.

If that is true and he actually did make a statement to that effect - I believe that this is just his way of perhaps staying out of jail (make up a health excuse) - but it also gives him a good out from running in 2024 after his campaign coffers are chock full of money and he realizes that he doesn't have a chance to win in 2024.

Is there any truth to the rumor I heard that TFG says he might not run in 2024 because of his health?

Things haven't been going well for TFG lately and he's beginning to feel the heat and is getting hot under his collar. If he did make this health statement - I think he's posturing now for his exit plan should the footsteps of the law creep up on him.
