Why would a SCOTUS justice pose for pictures with a candidate for Senate seat? Did Ginny thomas promise an endorsement of Walker?

Ir may even be against the Canon of Ethics, but I should let actual lawyers pontificate on that. It's complicated.

4. In NC the chief justice of the Supreme court who won by 415 votes out of millions cast

changed the rules so judges can endorse candidates during their entire terms (they are supposed to only do so when they are on the ballot themselves). So this is part of a GOP pattern.
