in elections.
Ir may even be against the Canon of Ethics, but I should let actual lawyers pontificate on that. It's complicated.

The GQP Supreme Court judges arent even pretending to be non-partisan anymore.
It's official: anything goes in politics now. The GQP has been doing this since the Nixon years, but at least they pretended to follow decorum. Not anymore.

changed the rules so judges can endorse candidates during their entire terms (they are supposed to only do so when they are on the ballot themselves). So this is part of a GOP pattern.
