I have a question, I hear that the United States and others

are going to impose further sanctions on Russia. My question is especially in light of the latest war crimes why haven't all sanctions been imposed already. Are we waiting for things to get Worse for Ukraine ?

It's always being investigated (the war crimes) waiting for "proof" or drip drip drip with sanctions (ohh, the next one is really gonna hurt).

Rather than the whole of Russia.

Maybe it's an impossible task, but we're trying not to alienate ordinary Russian people. We'd like to drive a wedge between putin and the Russian people.

Trade and cooperation helps avoid war. Cutting off all ties is dangerous.

Maybe that ship has sailed, but that's what we're trying.

make it so bad for the Russian people so they revolt against the cause of their suffering. Someone has to stop Putin and loyalists.
