Two Democrats resigned from their respective positions

When confronted with accusations of misconduct. Cuomo’s was credible, Franken’s was dubious. So, here’s the ask:

Why the fuck is Buckethead Gaetz still in office?

I’ll answer, because he’s a fuckhead Republicant and pedo.

abandoned by the Manhattan DA. They were only credible when she wanted to run for Governor, but was short-circuited by the newly appointed Gov Hochul declaring she would run for the term. It was a bridge too far, and she got no traction.

The investigation was the key for her to step to the front of the line, it didn't work out that way. Politics are strange bed fellows here in NY. Very strange indeed.

That was so infuriating when they did it to Franken.

It seemed so obvious that republicons had figured out "holy cow look at this, it's all we have to do and they're gone, wow!"

I forget the names without looking it up, but when the accused Democrats from Virginia refused to quit and demanded investigations, that tactic pretty much came to a stop.

Never quit until AFTER a legitimate investigation into an accusation proves it.

He hasn't been charged, but not necessarily due to a lack of evidence.

They are still extending ing sentencing on his wing nut. So until he is sentenced, we don't know what doj is up to.

Either they have too much evidence to sort through, or they have too much evidence to walk away.

Either way, it's not a lack of evidence he is guilty.

EVERY ACCUSATION from them (ie: pedophiles) is a confession.

They protect pedophiles in their own party while whining about sexual misconduct elsewhere. It's straight up BULLSHIT.

his subsequent conduct shows that to be the case. Franken may or may not have been expelled had he not resigned (all but one Democrat was in favor of him resigning and a unknown number of GOP senators would have voted to expel as well). Given the need for 67 votes it is unknowable what would have happened. He fell on his sword.

his perversions, which are of personal nature. Supposedly, early on it was discovered that he used the position of his office to create phony drivers licenses, at a tax collectors office after hours, which could be used to identify the holder as a parent of the accompanied minor. At least that is my opinion of why he is still in office. They shifted the focus and we forgot all about the crimes against public trust.
