He added the death toll could be more than 20,000.

3. With news of possible chemical weapons coming from Russian drones,

I sincerely hope the Ukrainian military is at least supplied with chem warfare gear--but the poor civilians who have survived thus far might be doomed. No humanitarian access either, with chem warfare. Sickening situation.
